SceneSync

Plan, approve and publish social content across every connected account, from one shared calendar. Built for the person who runs the whole account themselves, not for a social team of six.

Where the work happens

Scheduling is the whole of SceneSync's forward story. Links & Bio, below, is being retired as an ongoing capability — what's already published keeps working, but it isn't what SceneSync is building toward. Studio keeps its own SceneSync account, and the guides are open to anyone.

Links & Bio (legacy)

What Links & Bio has done

Every short link made through Links & Bio was counted, de-botted and attributed. This is not a pitch for a new one — the surface is being retired — but a short link or a printed poster made this way keeps resolving, and its stats keep working exactly as shown below.

The Links and Bio dashboard: counts for short links and visits, a thirty-day bar chart with a clear spike, and tables ranking top links, referrers, countries and devices.
A festival account the week its line-up dropped. The spike is the announcement; Instagram sent 512 of the 984 real visits, and the bot count is kept separate rather than quietly folded into the total.
One handle (legacy)

The link in the bio, owned by you

A claimed handle is edited here, not on somebody else's platform, and every link on it is one of your tracked short links, so the bio page reports like everything else. Claiming a new one isn't part of SceneSync's forward story — talk to your Artefact contact if you need one.

  • Your handle at go.artgrp.au/@name
  • Three themes, four accents, no layout to design
  • Each link counted, the same as any other short link
  • Case-folded on claim, so @Name and @name can never be two accounts
A link-in-bio page on a phone-width screen: the festival name in display type, a short description, and five tappable link buttons above a row of social links.
Tiers (legacy)

What each tier allows in Links & Bio

For reference, on an existing account: short links, QR codes and backlink sets are on every tier, including Free; a claimed handle needs Studio or above. Links & Bio is being retired as an ongoing capability, so this isn't an invitation to move tiers for it — ask your Artefact contact if something here doesn't match what you already have.
